- 03Cases can be assigned any one of four ways. Log onto our case management system and open a “New Case”. Fill out the referral form on our website. Email the case information either to your Sales representative or to cases@lemieuxassociates.com Call your sales representative and give them the information.

- 05You can view your cases by logging into our case management system. If you have forgotten your login information, or to create an account, go to https://lemieuxassociates.viewcases.com and click “Can’t Access your account.” This will prompt you to enter your email address and simple instructions will be sent to you.
